Eat clean.  Eat whole.  Eat lots of veggies.  Eat fish and meat (with a focus on wild and free-range if able).  Skip the grains.  Limit the dairy to the raw stuff.  Make fruit and nuts your dessert.  Eat local and in season.  Variety is key.  

This is my philosophy on food.
